Training

A plan built for your player

No two players get the same sessions. Here's how we get from a first look to real, tracked improvement.

Step 1

The evaluation

The first session is a structured assessment. We get to know the player and take a clear read on technical skills, athleticism, hitting, throwing, fielding, and baseball IQ.

You leave knowing where your player actually stands — not a guess.

Step 2

The custom plan

After the evaluation we rank each skill area and write it up. You get a strengths-and-gaps report and a goal sheet for the parent to fill out. Those two things drive a development plan we run in every one-on-one session:

Step 3

Level up

As players work through their plan, they're reassessed for the next level. Progress reports keep you and the coaches aligned the whole way.
