Privacy Policy

Zora Athletics ("Zora Athletics," "we," "us," or "our") is a youth baseball development business operated by Arturo Training LLC, based in Tucson, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specific information about text messaging.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected on our behalf through advertising platforms:

• Contact forms on this website (such as our evaluation request and contact forms) — typically your name, email address, and phone number, along with any details you choose to share about your player.
• Facebook and Instagram lead ads — when you submit an interest form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta shares the information you entered — again, your name, email address, and phone number — with us.
• The Zora Athletics app — if you or your player uses our training app, we collect account and training-related information as described in the app's own privacy policy, available at zora-athletics.netlify.app/privacy.html.
• Basic website analytics — standard technical data (such as pages visited) that helps us understand how our site is used. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about training, evaluations, packages, or teams.
• To schedule and manage training sessions.
• To send you automated text messages when you have opted in to receive them — for example, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups about your inquiry.
• To maintain our own records of who we've spoken with (we use a CRM to keep track of leads and clients).

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Zora Athletics may send you automated text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, and training. Message frequency varies.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving text messages from us.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at info@zoraathletics.com or (520) 307-6416.
• Message and data rates may apply.

To be clear beyond that sentence: your consent to receive text messages, and your phone number, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information with the service providers described below, and only as needed to run our business and communicate with you.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We do work with service providers who process information on our behalf, including:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the source of lead-ad form submissions, as described above.
• HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we keep records of contacts and communication.
• Text messaging and hosting providers that deliver SMS and host this website, who process data only as needed to provide those services.
• Stripe — for payment processing, where applicable. We do not collect or store payment card details ourselves.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zora Athletics, our clients, or others.

Children's information

Zora Athletics trains youth athletes. Where an athlete is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to be the one submitting forms, providing contact information, and communicating with us on the athlete's behalf.

Data retention

We keep contact and training information for as long as reasonably needed to run our business and maintain client records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future texts.
• Contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
