Zora Athletics provides youth baseball development for ages 9U–14U, including one-on-one individual training, small-group training, club/travel teams, and camps, delivered by Coach Art and our specialist coaches. The specific services, schedule, and plan for your player are discussed directly with Coach Art, typically starting with an evaluation.
We accept payment via Stripe and Zelle. Current packages and monthly plans are listed on our Pricing page. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month, paid upfront each month, and automatically renew until cancelled, with a one-month minimum commitment. Upfront packages are paid in full at purchase, or — by arrangement — on a payment plan: half due at purchase and the remaining balance billed monthly through Stripe until paid. Payment plans are offered at our discretion and must be agreed before training begins.
Because our packages and monthly plans work differently, cancellation and refund terms differ by plan type:
If you have questions about your specific plan, contact us before purchasing or cancelling — we're happy to walk through the details.
Baseball and athletic training involve an inherent risk of injury. By participating in Zora Athletics training, sessions, camps, or team activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risks associated with athletic activity, including but not limited to physical injury, and you agree that Zora Athletics and its coaches are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents/guardians are responsible for confirming their player is medically fit to participate.
We expect players, parents, and guardians to treat coaches, staff, and other players with respect. We may decline to provide services to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
